A quick guide to how Prediction App works.

Learn the app

How do predictions work?

Before a fixture kicks off, enter the score you think it will finish. You can change your prediction as many times as you like until kickoff -- after that, it locks and can't be edited.

How is scoring explained?
  • 3 points for predicting the exact final score.
  • 1 point for correctly predicting the outcome (home win, away win, or draw) without the exact score.
  • 0 pointsif the outcome doesn't match.
What is a Gameweek deadline?

Each fixture has its own kickoff time, and your prediction for that fixture locks at that moment -- there isn't one single deadline for a whole Gameweek. Fixtures that haven't kicked off yet always stay open for predictions.

What are Mini Leagues?

A Mini League is a private, invite-only group where you and your friends compete on your own leaderboard using the same predictions and scoring as everywhere else in the app. Create one from the Leagues page, or join one with an invite code or link.

How do leaderboards work?

The global leaderboard ranks every player by total points across a competition. Each Mini League has its own leaderboard too, re-ranking just that league's members by the same points -- joining or creating a league never changes how your points are calculated, only who you're compared against.

How do I invite friends?

Open a Mini League you're a member of and use the Invite friends button to share its invite link or code -- anyone who opens it can join, or sign up first if they don't already have an account.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change a prediction after saving it?

Yes, any time before that fixture's kickoff -- after kickoff it locks.

What happens if I don't predict a fixture?

You simply score 0 points for that fixture -- there's no penalty beyond that.

Can I be in more than one Mini League?

Yes -- join or create as many as you like.
